Description: THE SCOPE OF PROJECT CAN BE SUMMARIZED IN THE FOLLOWING TASKS: I . COLLECT AND REVIEW EXISTING GEOLOGICAL, GEOPHYSICAL, AND HYDROGEOLOGICAL DATA FOR WESTERN GREECE. 2 IDENTIFY AND MAP EVAPORITIC FORMATIONS (E.G., SALT BEDS) USING GIS AND LITERATURE SOURCES.3. ANALYZE STRUCTURAL FEATURES (FAULTS, FOLDS) TO ASSESS SEAL INTEGRITY AND STORAGE SAFETY. 4 DEFINE SCREENING CRITERIA INCLUDING DEPTH, THICKNESS, CAPROCK QUALITY, AND ACCESSIBILITY.
5 INTEGRATE DATASETS THROUGH GIS TO PERFORM SPATIAL SUITABILITY MAPPING. 6. SHORTLIST CANDIDATE SITES BASED ON TECHNICAL AND ENVIRONMENTA. SUITABILITY./. EVALUATE RISKS SUCH AS LEAKAGE, DISSOLUTION, AND DATA UNCERTAINLY 8. RANK POTENTIAL SITES USING MULTI-CRITERIA DECISION METHODS.9 DOCUMENT FINDINGS IN MAPS, SUMMARIES, AND RANKED SITE PROFILES. 10. RECOMMEND NEXT STEPS, INCLUDING TARGETED FIELD INVESTIGATIONS ANA PERMITTING REVIEW.
