Description: DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTEGRATED RESILIENCE AND ENVIRONMENTAL RISK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, BASED ON PRODUCTIVE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND NEXT-GENERATION NETWORKING. THE SYSTEM WILL INTEGRATE MODELS AND ALGORITHMS FOR THE PREDICTION, DETECTION AND ASSESSMENT OF RISKS AND IMPACTS OF CLIMATE CHANGE, THE ASSESSMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE VULNERABILITY, THE DETECTION OF RISKS TO THE PHYSICAL SAFETY OF CITIZENS IN AREAS AFFECTED BY HAZARDOUS PHENOMENA AS WELL AS THE STRENGTHENING OF RESILIENCE BY SUPPORTING RISK MANAGEMENT DECISIONS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CRISES. THE SYSTEM WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO PROVIDE HOLISTIC SUPERVISION FOR THE DETECTION AND ASSESSMENT OF MULTI-FACTORIAL ENVIRONMENTAL CHALLENGES, INTEGRATING DIGITAL TWINS OF SECTORS.
