TO ACHIEVE THIS, WE AIM TO DELIVER A NICHE THEORY FOR THE DESCRIPTION OF FRACTURE PROCESSES IN ANISOTROPIC MEDIA ACROSS MULTIPLE SCALES USING QUAD-TREE DECOMPOSITIONS AND RECAST IT WITHIN A STOCHASTIC UQ THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK THAT WILL ACCURATELY ACCOUNT FOR THE INHERENT UNCERTAINTIES AT THE MICRO-SCALE THAT DRIVE DAMAGE AS THIS PROPAGATES ACROSS SCALES.
